Can Eliquis, Digoxin, and Diltiazem all be taken at the same time as my Levothyroxine? I have been taking my Calcium 1 hour later.

Hello Aud,

There are 3 interactions between the medications that you are taking. I have listed the interactions below.

Diltiazem -> Digoxin
You may need dose adjustments in order to safely take both medications together. This combination of drugs may increase your digoxin levels. You should notify your doctor if you have symptoms of nausea, loss of appetite, visual changes, slow pulse, or irregular heartbeats.

Digoxin -> Levothyroxine
You may need dose adjustments in order to safely take both medications together. This combination of drugs may decrease your digoxin levels.

Diltiazem -> Apixaban
This combination of medication may increase the blood levels of apixaban, which may result in a higher risk of bleeding complications. You should seek immediate medical attention if you experience any unusual bleeding or bruising, or have other signs and symptoms of bleeding such as dizziness; lightheadedness; red or black, tarry stools; coughing up or vomiting fresh or dried blood that looks like coffee grounds; severe headache; and weakness.

I hope this information helps. Let me know if you have any further questions.
