Levothyroxine 50mcg (Top voted first)
UpdatedI started taking this drug about 8 weeks ago. After 6 weeks my blood was checked and levels were still high so doc increase doseage to 50 mcg's a day. This drug does effect my period. My period used to last 5 days, but since I started taking this drug, my period only last 2-3 days, plus it bleeding less. I'm really worry about it. Is this drug mess up my body?

Have you consulted your doctor?
It is possible that your period was actually running a little longer and heavier than it should, due to your thyroid issue and that the medication is now helping with it, however, only your doctor can really help you discover if that is the case.

What levels were too high? If your doc increased your dose I suspect it was just one level, TSH. Get a copy of your results so that you know exactly what is going on. Very often medicating to TSH (if this is what your doc is doing) can guarantee under medication, which has a whole suite of problems. But first post your results so that we can give an informed opinion.
