I've been taking it for almost 2 weeks and get nauseated and don't have an appetite.

Started on 25 mcg levothyroxine. My results were before I started:
Tsh 5.6
Free t4 12
Do you think this dose will be high enough?
Have you consulted your doctor?
Both of those can be normal side effects, but their severity is what decides whether or not they are a real problem. Typically, they wear off in about 4 to 6 weeks of use, after your body adjusts to the medication.
