Levothyroxine 25mcg
UpdatedI've been taking it for almost 2 weeks and get nauseated and don't have an appetite.

Have you consulted your doctor?
Both of those can be normal side effects, but their severity is what decides whether or not they are a real problem. Typically, they wear off in about 4 to 6 weeks of use, after your body adjusts to the medication.
