I've only been taking this for 7 days, but in that time I've been more sleepy and have all over joint pain. Mild pimple-like rash on my upper back, but not what you'd call acne. Too early to tell, or is increased tiredness symptomatic of anything?

Those can all be side effects of this medication, as listed by the FDA, along with nausea, hair loss and weight changes.
Most side effects will improve, over time, as your body adjusts to the medication, but you can expect them to recur, anytime your dosage is raised. If things don't improve after about 4 weeks, then you should consult your doctor as you may not be on the right dosage for you.
