All medications carry the risk of side effects, even over the counter products. However, no this one isn't known to be addictive.

Levokast contains the active ingredient Levocetirizine, which is an antihistamine most commonly used to treat allergies.

Side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, dry mouth and appetite changes.
