Lentogesic Use

Hi, I have Gr 5 scoliosis in my back, I was born without arms and my left leg is shorter than the left. After many years of the use of medication due to 17 operations om my leg, to lenghten it and my back, no painkiller worked I used morphine,pethidine and Valeron, all very highly addictive. We had to find an alternative. They gave me lentogesic and I never looked back.I have been using it for 10 years, with no side effect. I use a maximum of four a day and on a bad day 6. This is the only painkiller that works. I dont know how they can take it off the market, do they not think that taking away a persons only hope when you are in so much pain that death would be better. I also disagree that its addictive because sometimes I go weeks without using it and there are no side effects. I think it is stupid and cruel. Just because people in Amnerica overdose, we have to suffer, where i live its already been taken off the market, and I am suffering. Just because some users like to get high, people in need now suffer. It is unfair. Adcock Ingram has been done in. I HOPE YOU CAN STILL DO SOMETHING TO HELP US THAT SCREAM OF PAIN AND HAVE THE ONE THING THAT WORKS REMOVED FROM US, REMEDIED.

I have been using lentogesic since 1992 after parachuchute acident @ 6 a day with no side affects . I wish someone at ADCOC INGRAM would just bribe the a**hole at MCC that are incharge of this mess

I am very sorry that you are suffering, now.

Letogesic contained Dextropropoxyphene as an active ingredient and it and all of it's relatives have been pulled from the market in most countries, due to the risk they caused of cardiac dangers.

Have either of you ever tried any of the Fentanyl formulations that are available for pain?

Have you contacted the relevant drug agency to file your complaint about it being removed from the market in your country?

I hear you. My mother uses lentogesic for the past 10 years and now there is nothing. No viable subsitute for the medication. I wish MCC would open their hearts to people who suffer without this tablet

I agree, after my foot was cut off and subsequently been fixed with numerous surgeries.. - it is the only pain killer that works for bone pain..

Hi I too used lentogesic cap for many years and no matter what other medication I used it never help been suffering with back pain. Spine if any one could help us get hold of who ever we need to to get these tabs. back on market
