Lentogesic contains Dextroproxyphene and Acetaminophen, it is a mild narcotic pain reliever and the answer to this question is going to depend on the exact amounts of each that is in the medication.
What has your doctor advised? You do have to be careful with the Acetaminophen, because it can be toxic, if you exceed certain levels of it in a day.
In addition, all Propoxyphene derivatives, such as the narcotic in this, were removed from the market in most countries, due to the risk they can cause of cardiac dangers.
