Lefra 20mg And Pregnancy Safety

I'm suffering from rheumatoid arthritis, and as a result, have been taking Lefra 20mg since 2007. Now that I want to have the option to get pregnant, I need to know if it's safe to do so while on this medication? Kindly advise me.

Lefra contains the active ingredient Leflunomide, it is commonly used to treat Rheumatoid Arthritis.

As to advising you, this site is not medical professionals and any changes to your medication should only be done after consulting with your doctor and under their supervision.

That said, the warning on this medication says you SHOULD NOT become pregnant until 2 years after you have stopped taking it.

Thus, I strongly suggest you speak to your doctor. Have you consulted them, yet?
