I'm sorry, but if there are no markings, it is going to be difficult to determine that this tablet contains.
We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription medication, because by law, they are all required to have some type of marking to enable their identification, in case of emergency.
However, this doesn't apply to over the counter products or foreign medications.
Was it found/obtained in the U.S. or elsewhere?
