I have been on Lo Loestrin for one year and a half and never have missed a pill. I had headache and fell asleep so completely forgot to take blue pill #6 and remembered 10 hrs later, which I took...we don't use condoms, so should I be worried?

Hi, Esther! How are you?

10 hours late isn't really considered missing a pill, you've generally got a window of 12 to 24 hours to take it. They just really try to stress taking it 'on time' to try to keep women in the habit of taking them all the time, so they don't miss any. Once something becomes routine, it's kind of automatic, which lessens the risk of pregnancy occurring due to actually missing tablets.

You should double check with your doctor to be sure, but usually, there's nothing to worry about, as long as you didn't actually completely skip taking any.

Is there anything else I can help with?
