Latanoprost Eye Drops Side Effects

Does anyone get bad side effects using Latanoprost eye drops? Are there any better options for pre-glaucoma?

It makes my eyes are dry & itchy in the morning. And it stings when I apply the drops. I usually use Systane eyedrops in the AM when I get up to moisturize my eyes.
My eye pressure problem has been held in check though, the last 5 years.
