Lasix And Drug Testing

My dad is swelling terribly bad & insurance has not gone into effect yet so he wont go to dr till that happens, but he has an amazing job and they do drug testing... I had Lasix and he was going to take one for swelling but doesn't want to as he thinks it may cause him to lose his job if they randomly pop a drug test. So my question is, will 1 Lasix make him fail a 12 panel urine or blood drug test?
