Large Blue Oblong Pill With F On One Side And A 3 And 8 On The Other Side

My husband passed away two years ago and I am starting to go through boxes from his office I found some of these large loose Blue shiny oblong pills with an f on one side and a 3 and 8 on the other side. I do not know much about pills. What are these can someone help me.
