Large round white pill , cross score on one side, other side scratched off. Had an asprin taste.

With the imprint scratched off, it may be a bit difficult to find an identification. I can think of a few possibilities.

Can you give me a better idea of the size? May compare it to the closest sized coin you can think of?

There are some coin images here, in this article that may help.

I know it can be hard to gauge the size at times, plus there are only a couple sizes of U.S. coins.
