Large White Oval Pill Without Any Marks
Updatedsolid white pill, almost 1/4" or just slightly higher with defined smooth sides - long oval pill approximately 3/4 inches long....the bottle top has the word Pain on it....can you tell me what this is?

Unfortunately, there's really no way to ID a pill without an imprint. All Rx and OTC drugs in the U.S. are required by law to have an imprint; otherwise it could be a vitamin, herbal, energy, diet, foreign or illicit. Since the word "Pain" is written on the bottle top, I can only guess that the pills are some kind of OTC pain medication like Acetaminophen, Excedrin, or Tylenol. Where did you find the pills?
