The capsule with this marking is listed containing 10mgs of Dicyclomine, it is most commonly used to treat GI issues, such as IBS.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, stomach pain, flatulence, and diarrhea.

No, it is not something used to treat general pain, and is not normally abused.
