Lannett 0527/1552 On A Green And Yellow Capsule

I have a green and yellow capsule with Lannett and 0527/1552 on it. Can anyone identify this pill?

I have a similar capsule but the number is 1552 only. The 0527 is missing. So my question is what is missing in this capsule? I can't find any information about 1552 I have taken fiorinal, but this capsule doesn't seem as effective.
