Lan 30 Side Effects

I am taking Lan 30 continuosly from 3 months and it prooved very suitable to me. No acid / gas is forming in my stomach and i feel very much relax in my body. I want to take Lan 30 for my whole life. It is OK ?

If not then please tell me some causes and side effects.

What were you taking it for?

This contains the active ingredient Lansoprazole, it is a proton pump inhibitor that is used to reduce the amount of acid produced by your stomach, to treat or prevent conditions such as ulcers, GERD, heartburn and Gastritis.

Usually, they are only used for 8 to 12 weeks, depending on the severity of the condition, to allow it to heal. Prolonged use could result in your stomach not producing enough acid to properly digest your food.

Have you consulted your doctor about continuing its use?

i m using this madicine lan30 passed more then 10 years due to acid and heart burning probelem and feeling alright ,but i dont know the side effect ,my age is now 60 years taking once in the morning amty stomec.

Hi,

My Uncle also has Acid problem, from last 25 years he drinks one jug of water in the morning and takes it out thru vomit, if he does not do this exercise, he gets sever headache.
Now from last 2 months he is driking lemon water with honey mixed. so he is feeling much relaxed. But not 100%.

someone suggested us Lan30.

Can you please advice, are you taking this medicine alone or it has to be taken with some other medicine? Is there any problem/side effects you are having with this medicine?
