I became intolerant to dairy products later in life, around 50 years old. I am a female. I have always taken calcium supplements a couple times a week. I drink soy milk. I discovered Lactaid Fast Act and I thought it was a Godsend. I started to notice I became nauseous after taking one. Then after having a meal, I vomited about 3-4 hours after. I thought it was the food. Then the other day, I took a Lactaid Fast Act pill again before I ate ice cream, and again, I violently vomited 3-4 hours after. I know it is the pill now. I cannot take these anymore. Any idea why this happened?
