Labatatol: Blood Pressure Side Effects
UpdatedHas anyone experienced itching all over plus itchy bumps on scalp.
I weaned myself off of it awhile back and the itching and bumps pretty much went away but my blood pressure went up so dr put me back on it. (He was not happy that I stopped taking it) has anyone else experienced these symptoms. Labatatol is the only new drug I started taking when I first started itching & bumps. Help!!!

Has your doctor had you try any other medications to help lower your blood pressure? There are over a 100 on the market that might help, without causing such side effects.
The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension.
Some of them include Metoprolol, Lisinopril, Candesartan, and Losartan. Just some ideas you can ask your doctor about.
