Labcorp Pain Management Screening Profile 733727 And Benzodiazepines

Does LabCorp pain management screening profile 733727 differentiate between Klonopin and Xanax? I have taken four 0.5 mg tablets in 24 hours and have this screen 6 days from now. Will the Xanax show up?
