Lu Y19 White Oblong Tablet

Does anyone know what type of pill this is? My sister was keeping my meds and she put all my pills in one bottle, and she's taking pills away from me.

This tablet is manufactured by Lupin Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 300mgs of Quetiapine, which is an atypical antipsychotic used to treat various mental health disorders. (NDC 57297-449, among others)

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, mood swings, and weight gain.

Inactive Ingredients:

- Dibasic Calcium Phosphate Dihydrate
- Hypromellose 2910 (6 Mpa.s)
- Povidone K30
- Sodium Starch Glycolate Type a Potato
- Polyethylene Glycol 400
- Cellulose, Microcrystalline
- Lactose Monohydrate
- Magnesium Stearate
- Titanium Dioxide
