Long Time Usage Of Citirizine Hydrochloride

I Am Taking Citirizine Hydrochloride 10 Mg Per Day Since Long. Since 2 Years Started This Medicine 20 Mg/day. My Weight Remains In The Range Of 82-83 kgs my height is 165 Cms. I want to know what can be possible side effect of consuming this drug for years together as is in my case. I do not get any of the side effect as listed on internet like drying of mouth etc. Some slppiness do come sometimes but not always.
