L014 white tablet: It is Mucinex and it is not a narcotic.

This is actually an over the counter medication. Pills marked with L or 44 are manufactured by LNK International, they only make OTC drugs that are sold by various stores as their store brands or generics.

This one in particular is a version of Extra Strength Tylenol, Acetaminophen 500mgs.

Definitely not a narcotic of any kind.
