can anyone tell me a good source to find out what this white oblong pill with LL 723 on one side and nothing on the other.

No, I'm sorry, I've been checking all of our resources, since this was first posted and still can't find a listing for it, anywhere.

Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere?

If it is something that's available over the counter, or a foreign medication, it may be difficult to determine what it contains, because they are not required to log their imprints with the U.S. FDA, as must be done for U.S. prescription medications.

Does anyone recognize this tablet?
