Yes: I was taking 2 tablets of 20 mg of lisinopril a day,
but now I am taking 1 tablet of 40 mg a day.

This is an ACE inhibitor that is commonly used to treat high blood pressure, and certain cardiac conditions. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, hypotension, and increased urination.

And yes, Robert, that is fine as long as they are the same formulation, and your doctor, or pharmacist approves.
