white oblong,no dividing mark patient had some type of cancer

Hmmm, was not able to find anything stating that L450 was relating to cancer treatment or alleviation.

The closest match was a drug containing Chlorpheniramine + Pseudoephedrine, which is a combination of an antihistamine and a decongestant used to treat the symptoms of allergy and colds. I believe the brand name is Pseudoephedrine Plus. Does this sound familiar at all?
