I have a blue pill with L437 PM on it. What is it?

I think you have a Pain Reliever / Sleep Aid Combination. One such example is Acetaminophen + Diphenhydramine (Tylenol PM).

That is correct, this tablet is called Pain Relief PM Extra Strength and it contains 25mgs of Diphenhydramine, and 500mgs of Acetaminophen. NDC: 00113-0437

Typical side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and drowsiness.

Inactive ingredients may include:

Carnauba Wax
Crospovidone
Hypromelloses
Magnesium Stearate
Cellulose, Microcrystalline
Polyethylene Glycols
Polysorbate 80
Povidone
Stearic Acid
Titanium Dioxide
