Based on your pill description, I've located an "oblong" (capsule-shaped) white tablet marked L484, as well as a "round" white pill marked L434.
The L484 tablet contains Acetaminophen 500 mg (NDC 30142-0484); a mild pain reliever and fever reducer.
While the L434 pill contains Pseudoephedrine (60 mg) + Triprolidine (2.5 mg); which is used to help relieve a common cold, hay fever, and allergies. (NDC 00113-0434).
Is it possible that you may have mistaken the "8" for a "3"?
