L403 325mg On A White Round Pill

White round pill with L403 on one side and 325mg on the other. Is it a Percocet?

No! This is definitely NOT a Percocet, nor any type of narcotic/opiate. This tablet contains Acetaminophen 325 mg (NDC 0113-0403).

Inactive Ingredients:

- Croscarmellose Sodium
- Povidone
- Stearic Acid

I am allergic to tylenol, advil and midol, but I can take percocet. I know this cuz I almost left this earth from having no doc fighting a food infection. The bacteria was growing inside me and I almost lost my kidneys due to those first few pills I listed above. Only because of the percocet they gave me in the hospital, I lived... So here is how and my knowledge is that there's something similar to chlorine in percocet which kills bacteria and which kills bacteria in me. Since I keep fighting it still, I have to continue taking them. Get it together docs... I'm not leaving this world because of ignorance and lack of knowledge on your behalf.
