L-Tryptophan is a supplement that's used to help with sleep issues, however, as a supplement, it has not been tested for interactions with prescription medications.

And what you have to be careful of is the fact that Norco contains the narcotic Hydrocodone, so it can cause depression of the central nervous system and this may be worsened if it is combined with the Tryptophan.
