L 84 And Blank On The Other Side White Oblong

I have a long white oblong pill that broke in half and is blank on one side and all I cal make out is L and maybe a number or letter then 84, what could it be?

The white oblong pill could have the imprint "L484", which would identify it as Acetaminophen (500 mg). Does this imprint sound like a possibility?
