I want to cancel a standing order payable via my visa debit card. my bank tell me i need to contact kurszme directly but i do not have contact details. can you help?ZASBDF

please could you email as soon as possible and could you let me a phone num. so i can speak to some one, £61.39 has been taken out off my account for Kurzyme tablets which i have not recieved either send the tablets or reimburse my money asp.

0800 036 2229
BETWEEN 2PM AND 7PM, MONDAY TO FRIDAY.
SAY YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR MONTHLY SUPPLY OF KURZYME AND CANCEL YOUR MONTHLY PAYMENT WHICH IS USUALLY £23.70.
YOU WILL BE ASKED FOR A REASON (I SAID THE TABLETS JUST MADE NO DIFFERENCE FOR ME).
YOU WILL THEN BE GIVEN A CANCELLATION NUMBER. BE SURE TO MAKE A NOTE OF THIS (IN CASE ANY FURTHER PAYMENTS ARE "INADVERTENTLY" TAKEN FROM YOUR ACCOUNT!)

In the future, you also might want to check the billing information on you credit card account. It usually provides information, in case someone feels they were billed in error for something, so they can contact the originating company.

You should also always keep receipts, at least for a certain period of time, especially if the charges involved are recurring. Whether it be an email receipt, or a paper receipt, it never hurts to hang on to it, for awhile, in case you encounter a problem.

Sorry for delay in replying.
Short answer is yes. A further payment of £23.70 was taken from my account to cover last shipment and thankfully no further payments have been taken.
Big sigh of relief!!!
However, in future I will make sure NOT to enter into Visa Card arrangements.
