Hi, I am 30 years having PCO's used Krimson 35 three cycles to regulate the period after that to concieve doctor gave me Fertomid -50 mg ,Progynova 3 cycles ... for first 2 cycles not concieved and got period but the third time no period and home pregnancy results came back negative .. its going to be 2 months i didn't have my period up to now ... what might be the reason is my period again became irregular or i concieved and its not shown in home pregnancy test. please suggest me can i concieve or not . In the ultra sound they told me the cyst are very small 2 mm ,thyroid ,sugar everything was normal . what is the next treatment will be done so that i can concieve. please tell me ..i should concieve and wants to give birth for babies... i am very Frustrated...

You should do a blood sample to check for pregnancy, then if it is negative, your doctor can tell you how to proceed from there.
