Why is my Klor-Con powder prescription so expensive even with the co-pay

Hi Judy,

From what I understand, prices can often vary at the pharmacy's discretion, depending on what cost they received it at from the manufacturer/distributor. However if money remains a concern, I would encourage you to try various drug discount cards, such as the one MedsChat offers here: RX Savings Card

Coupons like these can reportedly save you anywhere from 15 to 75% off your prescription, and are valid at most pharmacies here in the US. The card can be printed out and brought with you when you go to fill your prescription, in order to see what type of discount they offer.

Not sure if you might be aware of this or not, but fruits and vegetables are also abundant in minerals including potassium. If your not getting enough in your day to day diet, this approach may also be something to talk with your doctor about, in order to help save money on prescriptions.
