I just want to knowledge about long term use i use 10mg to relax to get to sleep i couldnt sleep for months 3 Without it 47 year old female it sucks to be me

Hi Christian,

I'm sorry to hear about the circumstances you've been dealing with. To my understanding, taking a drug like Klonopin (clonazepam) every day can increase the likelihood of you becoming physically dependent (and having to increase your dose to get the same effect over time).

It is also my opinion that alternating daily between 4 or 5 different treatment options will be more beneficial for those who require long term relief; that way you don't necessarily build a tolerance to any drug or herb you intend on taking.
