Klonopin Brand Is Now Available 12/31/2014

My prescription for Brand Klonopin 0.5 mg tablets was just filled by my local CVS pharmacy. I had to pay for it out of pocket since my generic Rx had just been filled.

I would recommend looking into whether or not the manufacturer has made any changes to the list of inactive ingredients, since this aspect of a tablet also plays a role in the tablet's overall bioavailability. If there are no changes there, name brand Klonopin 0.5mg should theoretically work the same as before. But had this been a generic version of Clonazepam, then inconsistency could be a stronger possibility since it has been heavily speculated that the FDA allows manufacturers the leeway of having a plus or minus 20% variability of peak plasma concentrations in generic potency vs that of brand names. Their reasoning being that 20% isn't "clinically significant". I disagree, but am interested in hearing more feedback from others on how this brand name Klonopin works since it came back on the shelves.

Named brand klonopin was on backorder for 7 months in 2011 and it was the same when it returned to market. I spoke to genetech pharmacist who told me there is no formulatory change. I've taken the brand since its been back on the market this time for around 2 months and so far I've not noticed any difference but that's not to say 100% that there isn't. Seems the same exact thing. I'd like to also hear from others who have taken named all the way up until it stopped production and what they think about it after redistribution.
