Kineto Dp Alternative

Hi, I recently developed an ear infection, My doctor in India prescribed me Kineto DP(Diclofenac(50 mg),Serratiopeptidase(10 mg),Paracetamol(325 mg)) for my ear pain, which helped a great deal, But now I am travelling in Morocco and they do not have this medicine here. Does anyone know any alternative here for this tablet?

The combination of Diclofenac and Serratiopeptidase is available only in India. In other countries you have to use separate tablets.
