Killer Appetite While On Adderall

I cannot seem to find an explanation for my increased appetite when taking Adderall. It's suppose to be an appetite suppressant but for some reason, the higher the dosage the more the appetite. However if I eat, than the medication looses it effectiveness.

Many medications cause the opposite of their intended effects in some people that take them, it is just something that happens.
