Ketamine In Australia

I have had severe chronic Depression for 15 years and have tried every anti-depressant there is with no sucess. I also suffer from debilitating pain of which I am prescribed Codeine 12 tabs a day and am have become tolerant to it. I have heard about KETAMINE being a miracle drug for both ailments. Is it available in Australia? I am desperate to try it!! HELP ME PLEASE!!!
