Keragrow Complaint

I completely agree with what everyone is saying about Keragrow, I fell for the scam too. If I could HIGHLY recommend something, it would be to call the Federal Trade Commission. I just got off the phone with them, they are very nice, and file a complaint against the company. Unfortunately, we can complain and acknowledge how bad of a company they are (which is true), or we can do something about it. The FTC makes their cases against the complaints they get from citizens. So PLEASE, call 1-877-FTC-HELP to file a complaint and stop Keragrow from scamming more people.

Hi Ali,

Sorry to hear about your encounter with these alleged scammers. Numerous people here have reported dealing with this same type of issue from Keragro, but seem to be mostly concerned about just getting their money back. Though it sounds to me like contacting the Federal Trade Commission is a better step in the right direction if we want to have a larger impact. Maybe if enough people file a complaint it will lay the grounds for future investigations towards getting their company shut down; which is what I'm sure we'd all love to see happen at this point.
