Kera Gro Scam

This company is a bunch of crooks. Not only do they not understand the meaning of a free trial. A free trial means you test out the product for 30 days and if you don't like it you can return it. 14 days of taking a supplement isn't long enough to actually see any sort of results. Also when ordering via mobile site the $87.47 charge isn't seen anywhere.. The customer service is horrific. Not even sure if they know what the word customer means or stands for. A reputable company would honor a return from an unsatisfied customer, but since this company has no moral or values they did not. Is this company even registered by the BBB? Probably not. BEWARE OF THE SCAM AND THIS SCANDALOUS,SHADY,FRAUDULENT, MISLEADING, and LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SO CALLED COMPANY.

Hi Shani,

You're definitely not alone on this. Many people have come here reporting Keragro's unethical practices and scams. To my knowledge I don't believe they are registered by the Better Business Bureau (that would be a contradiction Lol). However I have heard of other angry customers having success filing a report with the Federal Trade Commission at ftc.gov.

I've yet to hear if these complaints have had any immediate affect on the Keragro's future as a company, but judging from the sheer number of people they've stolen money from along with the lack of customer service, it's a wonder they've lasted this long?

I hope you and others have found a way to get your money back!
