My sister is 65 and has had severe migraines for years 40 plus. She has been getting shots of Stadol and Demoral. Neither is working now. She saw a neurologist last week and he put her on 500 mg of Levetiraceta. It is making her really sick to her stomach. She call the Dr. Office and told them but the nurse only replied that she should eat a saltine but keep taking them. She is supposed to go on a higher dosage Sept 6. Can you tell me the side effects other than what they have on the website? Also, that Neurosurgeon is supposed to give her an Optical Block shot. Can you tell me about that also and what the dangers aare.
