Kadian Cr 60mg

Is Kadian er the same as Kadian cr? my insurance stopped the er but said I could switch to the cr. I was just wondering what the differance was. Thank you

Yes, they are the same, they both designate it as being a time released formulation, they are just different ways of saying it, the ER stands for extended release and the CR for controlled release.
