Ky Doctor Needed

A special person in my life has been taking methadone for over 10 yrs. Like a lot of other comments, the clinic really is impossible to try to pay for. Just found out his ins. will cover methadone. Now desperately need to find a m.d. in southeast KY who will write prescription. Nearest to bell county.

I'm sorry, but if he has been going to an addiction clinic for treatment or maintenance, then he must remain at the clinic. It is against the law for a regular doctor to prescribe it for that. I wish I had better news for you, many people have asked, but this is the way the laws currently stand.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
