This is actually a foreign version of Viagra that's called Kamagra. It contains the active ingredient Sildenafil and is used to treat ED.

The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stuffy nose and priapism.

Is there anything else I can help with?
