Hello, Kathy! How are you?

The FDA classifies Gabapentin as an anticonvulsant, though it can also help with certain types of nerve pain and some mood disorders. Its typical side effects are listed as possibly including nausea, dizziness, weight gain, dry mouth and mood swings.

Tramadol is, however, classified as an opioid, so it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, drowsiness and constipation.

Is there anything else I can help with?
