K8 Why Restrict Patients Who Pay Out Of Pocket For Oxycondone

I can only speculate that the reasoning behind it is simply because they are trying to cut back on the supply, despite the high demand for it. They know very well and good that not everyone taking these medications has health insurance, nor can most even consider affording it.
It's almost like a silent way of attacking people who heavily rely on taking this particular medication. Probably to force patients to get health insurance so they can have more control over what you take.
This is just my theory but I'd be interested in hearing other people's opinions on the matter.
I've been on it for many many years. I am on public aid and last month they decided they didn't want to pay for anymore. I hate that cuz this is the second med I've had to stop talking cause pa didn't want to pay. Other was cymbalta. Angers me.
