Dr, prescribed medicine for above disease- (1)Tab Nucoxia (oral) 120 mg daily (2) Tab. Nucoxia (oral) 60mg daily (3) Tab.DC Bone daily (4)Powder Calcirol (5) Inj, Vaxigrip o.5 ml once a year. (6) Tab. Tryptomer (oral) 10 mg daily Should I take these medicine. what are these side-effectts.

I am victim of ank. Spondylitis, doctor started tab. Saaz and Thalidomide, but I was getting drowsiness, sedation and rashes on joints, what shall I take now, please prescribe.
